We learnt about this Humanitarian Association in the course of a fair dedicated to 4x4 trips some years ago. The suggested goal was very important for us: trying to improve the conditions of the children leaving in desert areas of Sahara or in sub-Saharan countries.
Therefore, we set to work on our project with building a school in Batarmatas, Niger. Our project will help the children, and indirectly their families, thanks to the knowledge that making better the life conditions on the territory, where they usually settle, we will certainly be able to prevent flights into the bidonvilles surrounding african metropolis.
The positive contribution of all our guests lets us reach the needed amount helping the project come true. During the high season we usually prepare some little markets, wi our resort, of products we have purchased or bartered directly in the North African countries.
Things we have gathered in the Summer Season will be distributed as is usual in the small villages in the Winter Season like shoes and warmly children's wear, training aid and first aid material. So we encourage all or guests to bring hand-me-down kids clothing (children's ankle boots, bomber jackets, sweatshirts) some color pencils, scissors, glue, disinfectants, cotton lints, bandages and band-aid boxes: in this way you will make the life of those children living the vast expanses in Africa less hard!! Our friendly team will help you find a leaflet to give you information about existing projects and fund-raising.
